Since founding Comolli & Company, P.C. in 1989, Douglas Comolli, CPA, has been helping individuals, businesses and business owners accomplish their financial goals. With over 35 years of extensive experience, he has expansive knowledge in tax and business with industries including: manufacturing and distribution, professional service firms, real estate and automotive. Drawing on his expertise, Doug has helped individuals and corporations with their needs for strategic tax planning, financial reporting, financing, and mergers and acquisitions to name a few.
Doug is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the New Hampshire Society of CPA’s. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University. Doug lives in Newburyport, MA with his wife, Roxanne, and their three children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf.

Susan G. Langlois, CPA
Partner
Susan Langlois, CPA, is a partner in the firm of Comolli & Co., P.C. , where she provides clients with personal and corporate tax services, as well as accounting, Quickbooks and business consulting. She has over 30 years experience in both industry and public accounting, including providing audit services at Deloitte, LLP. Susan was also Accounting Manager and Manager of Financial Planning at Polymer Technology Corporation.
She is licensed in the state of New Hampshire as a Certified Public Accountant, and is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, MA, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Susan resides in Pelham, NH, with her husband and two children.

Kathleen L. Robart, CPA
Manager
Kathleen Robart, CPA joined Comolli & Company in December 2019. She offers her expertise in tax compliance and consulting services for individuals, partnerships, and S Corps. Kathleen has extensive experience in the real estate and private equity industries, as well as advising high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Comolli & Company, Kathleen was a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Boston.
Kathleen is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New Hampshire Society of CPAs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics and her Masters of Public Accountancy from Bryant University. Kathleen resides in Windham, NH with her husband and two children.

Garrett B. Paolilli. CPA
Senior Tax Accountant
Garrett Paolilli, CPA joined Comolli & Company in June of 2021. He provides tax services to individuals, partnerships, C corporations and S Corporations. Garrett was previously a Staff Accountant at Paolilli, Jarek & Der Ananian, LLC, where his experience concentrated on tax preparation and compliance for a variety of industries. He also worked for several years as a Financial Analyst for a private company.
Garrett is a licensed CPA in the state of New Hampshire, as well as a member of the New Hampshire Society of CPA’s. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Massachusetts Lowell. His interests including playing musical instruments, hiking and craft beer. He and his wife currently reside in Derry, NH.

Brenda Conlin, CPA
Staff Accountant
Brenda Conlin, CPA, is a staff accountant in the firm of Comolli & Co., P.C., She supplies clients with sub Chapter S- Corp and individual tax expertise as well as extensive knowledge of Quickbooks and Peachtree accounting systems. Brenda previously worked in the tax departments at KPMG in Portland, ME and at Baker, Newman & Noyes in Manchester, NH.
She is licensed in the state of New Hampshire as a Certified Public Accountant, and is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, MA, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Brenda resides in Merrimack, NH with her husband and two sons. Her interests include attending her children’s sporting events, skiing, running and reading.

Angela St.Pierre
Office Manager
As Comolli & Co., P.C.’s in-house bookkeeper, Angela reconciles and balances bank and credit card accounts, prepares quarterly payroll reports and assists the accountants in monthly operating statements. In addition, her responsibilities include monitoring deadlines, file management, client mailings, library and media updates, processing tax returns, internal bookkeeping and reporting and maintaining the firm’s website. During tax season, she is a key member in the coordination of personal and business tax workflow. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption College in Worcester, MA, and studied accounting at Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.

Karen Curran
Administrative Assistant
Karen Curran joined the firm in a part time capacity to assist in the administrative duties, client support and processing needs. Karen brings with her prior accounting and business experience as well as a BS in Business Management and an MBA in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
